Our hydraulic briquette presses process dry wood shavings, chopped wood and grinding dust to a valuable fuel without any binding agent. The briquettes are 45 mm to 90 mm in diameter, and according to the specific density of the material they are about between 50 mm and 150 mm long. With the briquette presses with an output of more than 150 kg/h there are produced rectangular briquettes (130 mm x 70 mm) with rounded corners, and according to the density of the material, with a length of about 50 mm to 70 mm. The extremely high densification of the briquettes causes excellent burning features through a very high thermal value and a very low ash content. By briquetting wastes you can achieve a storeroom saving up to 80%.
The briquette presses Brikett Profi (verbal translation: Briquette - Professional or Briquette - Master), series SR10 – SR15, consisting of 3 modules are planned in a way to ensure a fully automatic running and a very low power demand. Relatively to the type of the machine there are produced very solid briquettes without any binding agent in an amount of 20 kg/h to 300 kg/h. Through a very resistant machinery, welded of highly compact steel, and the special production process of the press cylinder we are able to guarantee best operational safety and a extremely long lifetime of the presses. Concerning to the module system an installation into different building situations like existing silos or filtration plants is absolutely possible.
The compact press, series KSR10 – KSR15, with a chipping box and an agitator delivers an output from 20 kg/h up to 35 kg/h. The chipping box can be proportioned to the volume of the chippings and in addition to that there is the possibility to use the press with a filter.
Our novelty, series VSR10 – VSR15, has a long reservoir and delivers an output from 20 kg/h up to 35 kg/h. These presses are suitable to be sub-structured at already existing sack filtration systems but they can also be delivered with a top filter. The reservoir can be suited to the available volume of shavings. These presses are highly qualified to be installed if there is only little free space.
Hydraulic aggregate
The hydraulic aggregate is designed as a compact block. Through making the hydraulic pump (series SR20 –SR45) and the valves of special cast we are able to guarantee a very long life time as well as best dependability. Presses with an output of more than 200 kg/h need an oil cooling system. To achieve an optimum of smoothness of the press and to avoid a damage of the seals the valves are fit with switch delays.
Control system and switchbox
Subject to the ÖVE regulations the switchbox is completely wired an ready for connection. All connections to the press are pluggable. The fact that the hydraulic and electric components are controlled by established microprocessors prevents from wear and tear caused by mechanically operated switches. The automatic run out of the cylinders enables absolutely unproblematic restarts also in the case of a long standstill. Through the maintenance-free SPS control system it is possible to switch the machine on and off automatically.
Attachments
Required attachments like shaving-silos, conveyor snails, feeders, conveyor belts, vacuum fans, filtration plant and bottling plants are manufactured specifically for each customer.
